Georgie Kollis is passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities and helping people achieve their goals. With a career spanning sales, real estate, mortgage broking, business development and marketing, she brings a unique blend of commercial expertise and people-first leadership to her role as Head of Sales & Growth at Millennial Finance Group.
Originally from Adelaide, Georgie has proudly called Queensland home for the past decade. During that time, she has immersed herself in the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland business landscape, building a strong network and lasting relationships through her genuine passion for connecting people. From hosting networking events and supporting local businesses to working alongside clients, referral partners and community organisations, Georgie has become a familiar face across the region and is proud to contribute to the growth of the community she now calls home.
Throughout her career, Georgie has become known for her ability to connect people and create meaningful opportunities. Whether it's introducing referral partners, strengthening strategic relationships or helping clients find the right finance solution, she believes the best outcomes come from genuine relationships built on trust, authenticity and consistency.
As Head of Sales & Growth at Millennial Finance Group, Georgie leads the business's growth strategy, marketing, referral partnerships and community engagement. With extensive experience working alongside sales teams across the finance and property industries, including mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners, she is passionate about helping those around her achieve both their personal and professional goals. Whether through coaching, business development, marketing support or strategic partnerships, Georgie is committed to ensuring her team feels just as supported as the clients and referral partners they serve. She believes that when people are empowered to succeed, exceptional client outcomes, lasting relationships and sustainable business growth naturally follow.
Recognised as a 2024 and 2025 Young Business Woman of the Year Finalist by the Sunshine Coast Women's Business Network, Georgie is a passionate advocate for financial literacy and home ownership. She believes finance is about far more than securing a loan - it's about educating, empowering and helping people make confident decisions that support their long-term goals.
Outside of Millennial Finance Group, Georgie is the founder of one of South East Queensland's fastest-growing women's networking communities. What began as a breakfast with just five women has organically grown into a thriving network of more than 240 members across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with monthly events consistently selling out within days. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections, supporting local businesses and helping others unlock opportunities through the power of genuine relationships.
Outside of work, Georgie enjoys lots of travelling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the local community. She believes that great businesses are built on great relationships and considers it a privilege to help clients, colleagues and referral partners achieve their goals every day!
