How to Make a Complaint
If you have a concern or complaint, please let us know — because if we don’t know about it, we can’t fix it.

When submitting your complaint, please include as much detail as possible, including:
Your full name and contact details
The nature of your complaint
Relevant dates and supporting documents (if applicable)
We’ll acknowledge receipt of your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.
If we’re unable to resolve your complaint internally, we’ll provide details on how you can escalate the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) for external review.
