ELLA DEMPSEY
MORTGAGE BROKER
Ella Dempsey is a Mortgage Broker at Millennial Finance Group, bringing almost a decade of experience across banking, lending and finance. Beginning her career with Bank of Queensland straight out of school, she progressed through lending administration before becoming a Mobile Lending Manager, and later joined ANZ as a Home and Investment Lending Manager.
Ella holds a Certificate III in Financial Services and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is completing her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking. She is also studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Financial Planning with a minor in Accounting.
Known for her persistence and ability to think outside the box, Ella particularly enjoys finding solutions for lending scenarios that don’t necessarily fit the mould. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with her clients, advocating for them and ensuring they feel they have someone firmly in their corner throughout the lending journey.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys life in Noosa with her fiancé and stepdaughter, travelling, spending time with family on the river and walking through the national park. Her ideal weekend involves sunshine, the beach, family and perhaps a cheeky spicy margarita.
